Tourism Development and Marketing Officer
AWF is currently seeking a talented professional to support its tourism and biodiversity conservation efforts in the project areas within its T4B Program, Uganda. Reporting to the Chief of Party, T4B Program, the Tourism Development and Marketing Officer will assist in developing and implementing USAID T4B program work plan in support of sustainable tourism and biodiversity conservation in the project areas, coordinate technical input into the program from partners and consultants, assist the technical implementation of field activities and liaise with relevant program partners, local government, other donors, and the private sector. This position will support activities that expand supported parks and community products tourism market share in the target regions and coordinate non targeted community tourism enterprises and other local partners in their activities.
