Ensure all expatriates Administrative issues are well managed to smoothen settling in the country and ensure expatriates’’ information is readily available

Key Responsibilities
•Communicate to incoming expatriates and prepare all required documents and process all tools to be issued by HR department.
•Ensure work permits are processed in time.
•Ensure expatriates database is maintained and updated in all systems.
•Ensure school fees records for expatriates’ children are up to date.
•Guide and support expatriates in processing the NSSF claims when leaving the country.
•Follow up of employee pension numbers with pension offices.
•Ensure expatriates are well informed on issues that affect their welfare.
•Prepare and submit expatriates annual returns to all relevant authorities.

Position Requirements
•University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
