Description
PwC’ Advisory practice is looking for a manager to join the People and Change team in Doha. The People & Change team (P&C) provides strategic advice to organizations looking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their people and their HR function. We work with many of organization design and restructure, reviewing internal policies and procedures, reward design and talent management.
We are looking for a reward specialist to join this team to help provide expert advice to our clients on all aspects of employee reward, including reward modelling, benchmarking and LTIP design.
Qualifications / Skills
MBA preferably with HR specialization from any of the premier B-schools
Around 6-8 years of HR consulting experience preferably with the HR consulting practices
Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
Previous experience with compensation strategy &design, reward modelling, reward benchmarking, incentive planning
Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
Project Management experience
Fluent in English and Arabic (preferably)
