Manager- IT Strategy or IT Transformation

PwC’s technology professionals in the Middle East help clients align their IT resources with their business objectives and structure them to minimise key business risks. This can often mean assisting organisations to manage their technology as a business. We also help organisations to adopt leading practices in IT management, quality assurance and IT governance. Additionally, PwC works with clients to improve the ‘fit’ of services and solutions to the organisation's needs, thereby increasing the value of their IT resources.

You will operate at Manager level and be capable of providing high quality advice and experience to our clients in these areas, while also managing a team to complete assignments.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Managers / Directors/ Partners, your responsibilities will include:
• Planning, management and delivery of assignments and typically act as the Team Leader for small project or workstream leader on large engagements.  
• Service a wide variety of clients, getting to know and understand  their unique business issues and needs
• Collaborative working style, with a focus on knowledge sharing and innovative thinking
• Supervise and train team members – assign and coach junior members of the project team on execution of fieldwork.
• Should be outcome focused and result oriented
• Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client’s business; and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided.

Requirements:

• 7-8 years experience
• If not consulting background, must have 10-12 years experience
• Bachelor of Computer Science
• MBA a plus
• ME/ GCC experience is preferred
• Arabic speaking candidates preferred
• Big 4 Experience a Plus
