Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in business related field from a recognized University. A Master’s degree in a business related field will be an added advantage.
- 4- 5 years’ management experience in retail banking and good understanding of the global financial markets and the needs of Diaspora customers
- A thorough knowledge of retail banking products and services, mortgage products and extensive banking industry knowledge including internet based technologies
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in banking operations, sales and / or customer service
