Knowledge Sharing Global Business Lead

Position Overview:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Define the strategy that enable the Company to become a world class Knowledge Enterprise.
2. Define the approach to ensure long-term access to institutional knowledge.
3. Connect our people to expertise from around the world through internal and public forums.
4. Build global capability to respond to business events realtime.
5. Manage the development of global communities.
6. Partner with industry leaders in the social media space to drive new capabilities.

The person must have experience in social media and leading edge collaboration tools and approaches. They should have significant work experience (15 years+) to drive this work with our most senior global KO system leaders. The person in this role must be a clear thought leader and active initiative leader. The person must be able to interact at all levels of the organization including C-level.
