ActionAid has recently approved its Strategy for 2012-2017, ‘People’s Action to End Poverty’, which reaffirms the organisational commitment to a human rights-based approach to development. A key part of our new strategy focuses on staff and staff capacity building, implementation of global HR systems and effective HR policies and processes.
The Directorate of HROD and Governance is looking to recruit a HR Administrator who will be responsible for the end-to-end administration and management of the employee life cycle for all International Staff, ensuring that ActionAid policies and procedures are adhered to at all time. This will include (but is not limited to) recruitment administration, contract administration and general support to the HROD Team. In particular this role provides administrative support to the IS HR Manager in HR Management for the Johannesburg International Secretariat Office.
