Accountable for the strategic direction, developments and implementations that ensure the growth, profitability and sustainability of the Personal Markets business.
Develops and drives the growth and sustainability strategies of the business and ensures alignment to the PBB focus areas.
Drives and manages product and portfolio profitability through the successful development and deployment of growth initiatives, revenue maximisation and cost optimisation.
Develops and deploys product propositions and distribution approaches that are aligned to customer value propositions.
Undertakes market assessments to determine the impact on the product portfolio; understands market trends and determines appropriate responses.
Drives acquisition, retention and customer management strategies.
Undertakes market assessments of competitor strategies and activities.
