Relationship Manager, Business Banking

Drive deepening activities with high-value or high potential clients with full range of BC products, continuous analytics support and collaboration with Business Specialists;
Meet clients  when required (ie once a month)
Acquire and activate new clients referred from ETB clients directly to Business Clients RM/Team
Maintain integrity of clients’ credit portfolio through monitoring, early action and remediation actions
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Relationship deepening by proactively reaching out to  & engaging with high value Business Clients & “Hidden larger Businesses” as per the mandated protocols
Acquiring from ETB client referrals (MGM)
On boarding clients on Business working capital (BWC) proposition.
Supporting the client on any client-initiated needs
Delivering on transactions, service requests, Mobile/Web training
Updating CDD/ AML
Managing Client’s credit situation


Client Coverage Manager

Primarily responsible for providing direct sales support on post origination activities like documentation, reporting, etc by engaging with client, CRC, legal, compliance, etc
Active engagement with client and also with the product partners to ensure high level of utilization of regular limits.
Work with the RM on a specified portfolio and jointly responsible for the revenue growth
Ensure high standards of hygiene (including OR, Portfolio management, Credit risk, etc) in the portfolio.
Conduct Client Due Diligence (CDD) and account opening on Wholesale Banking clients and related activities including Financial Crime Risk.
Ensure there are no overdue CDDs and also ensure fast TAT in executing the CDDs and account opening.
Update the OCC team with the CDD and account opening guidelines, regulations and processes.
Ensure there is robust CDD system in place with high quality of data integrity and monitoring
Ensure Maintenance of a healthy business environment through strict Compliance with AML and Operational Risk Standards, as defined by the Group and Local Regulatory Authorities.


COBAM Specialist - Commercial Banking

Perform client on boarding processes primarily related to account opening (AO) and CDD
Be the librarian & soft copy custodian for AO and CDD related documents
Identify and escalate blockages in the on-boarding process
Improve the TAT for execution and enhance the Relationship Managers and CC's experience in Client Coverage
Perform periodic review processes related to ETB/ CDD
Co-ordination of Off-boarding activities
Account maintenance activities
Responsible for liaising with CSDU Data clean up teams Data Quality Management
