As part of the Sandvik team you will be responsible for the daily service administration clerk, updating of spread sheets, reconciliation of issues, and receipts, orders are correctly entered into the system, working with the customer on monthly reconciliations and invoicing to ensure administration in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensuring that all reasonable steps are taken to insure all employees are provided with a safe and healthy working environment. This includes compliance with the SMC safety management program.
Ensure all activities are being carried out in accordance with Company values, Policies and Procedures.
Ability to exercise extreme accuracy in the maintenance of records, including all received data and source documents.
Providing accurate information to assist in keeping the CMS up to date on receipts, issues and orders, including monthly reconciliations with customer
Perform general admin duties including leave registers & SHEQ admin.
Adhere to all Sandvik OHS and Environment policies and procedures
Form IV with passes in Maths & English
Qualification in business administration preferred
A strong safety and customer relations focus
Willingness to work rostered shift work and spend extended periods away from home
Medically fit to work in a mining / construction environment
One (1) years’ experience in administration / data processing
Two (2) years’ experience in store / warehouse environment
