Kilimanjaro Airports Development Company (KADCO) is a company owned by the Government of United Republic of Tanzania charged to manage and develop Kilimanjaro International Airport and its estate. KADCO is seeking to employ competent, experienced, highly organized and self-motivated Tanzanians to fill the vacant positions described below:-
1. Procurement Officer (KADCO/EXT/01/2016/ PO)
Key Responsibilities • Procuring goods and services. • Clearing and forwarding of goods. • Supervising receipt of goods. . • Undertaking regular and periodical stock taking. • Keeping track of all inventories record. • Coordinate with Assistant stores Officer in preparing periodic reports on stocks. • Following up overdue orders of stocks. • Prepare and draft LPOs to approved bidders. • Receive, inspect and issue goods to user departments. • Supervise cleanliness of storehouse and stores arrangement.
Qualifications and Experience • Holder of a Bachelor Degree or Advanced • Diploma in Materials Management, Logistics and Procurement/Supplies from a recognized • Institution/Professional stage III and should be registered by Procurement and Supplies • Professional and Technicians Board (PSPTB). • Certified Supplies Professional (CSP) is an added advantage • Must have not less than three (3) years of relevant working experience. • Must be a computer literate.
