Power and Network Backup Co. Ltd is focusing on increasing the outreach and service quality of its product for its customers. The Company which mainly deals with design, supply, implement and Operation, Maintenance support Telecommunication Networks , associated Electrical power works, and Civil work on a Turnkey basis, now invites applicants from serious self motivated, honest, dynamic, hardworking and committed individuals to fill the under mentioned posts;
1. GENERAL MANAGER
1.1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION
• The General Manager shall be responsible for the Management of the Company.
• He shall be a principal adviser to the Chief Executive Director on all matters pertaining all operations of the Company.
1.2 PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.2.1 Provide strategic leadership and operational direction of the Company.
1.2.2 Formulate and implement Company vision and mission objectives and Strategies
1.2.3 Implement directives of the CEO and the Board pursuant to the Company’s objectives
1.2.4 Insure the Company’s resources including both Human, Financial are
Nurtured, developed, managed and honest optimally.
1.2.5 Performs any other related duties as may be assigned by the CEO.
1.3 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
• Holder of Bachelor degree and above Electrical/Mechanical or Related in engineering industry from any recognized institution.
1.4 WORKING EXPERIENCE
At least five (5) years experience in field service and general workshop Management, Proven high administrative and managerial ability and knowledge of telecommunication maintenance industry is an added advantage.
1.5 DESIRED ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCE
1.5.1 Must be visionary, proactive and forward looking
1.5.2 Must be innovative and result oriented
1.5.3 Must demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
1.5.4 Must be able to work independently and under tight time schedules.
1.6 TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
The terms of employment shall be contractual for a term of two (2) renewable upon satisfactory performance.

2 . PRODUCT MANAGER
2.1 Purpose and Scope of the position
• He shall be reporting to the General Manager
• He shall be in charge of Internet (ISP) Department Operations
2.2 Duties and responsibilities
• He/she shall be in charge of all internet services
• He/she shall be supervising all sales and marketing operations of the Company.
• He/she shall coordinate sales activities towards Company bona fide customers.
• He/she shall be involved in developing and designing Company’s new product depending on customer requirements/specifications.
• To do any other duties as may be assigned by superiors.
2.3 Minimum Qualifications required.
• Holder of Bachelor Degree and above in Computer science and ICT
• Knowledge of sales and marketing will be an added advantage
2.4 Working Experience.
• At least five to ten years in ICT industry
2.5 Terms of Employment
The terms of employment shall be contractual for a term of two (2) renewable upon satisfactory performance.

3 .GENERAL WORKSHOP AND FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR ( 1 Post)
3.1 Purpose and scope of position.
• They will be reporting to the Technical Operation Manager
• They will be in charge of entire field service and workshop activities
3.2 Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure workshop and field services are carried out smoothly and timely.
• Contribute to the development of technical specification for maintenance of plant equipment and vehicles.
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the quality of field services impresses our customers.
• Reviews, customers’ requirements from time to time in order to improve efficiency.
• To do any other duties as may be assigned by superiors.
3.3 Minimum Qualifications
The candidate should posses a Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electrical, Telecommunication or Electronics.
3.4 Working Experience
• At least five (5) years experience in the similar field.
• Experience in Telecommunication and Maintenance industry is an added advantage

4. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
4.1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION
To implement approved HR policies and procedure, provide efficient and effective welfare service to members of staff so as to maintain high level of morale and productivity.
4.2 Reporting to the General Manager
4.3 Main duties and Responsibilities
• Liaising with a range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance , health and safety
• Recruiting staff-This include developing job descriptions and person specification
• Initiate and keep inventory of workers files
• Keep track record and advices management on development and changes in labor laws, best practices and any other statutory requirement that impact on business
• Assists in preparation of company’s HR policy and incentive schemes
• Advice on pay and other remuneration issues
• Dealing with disputes and implementing disciplinary procedure
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with other Department Managers
• Any other duties as may be assigned by superiors
AGE LIMIT- not more than 41 years
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIN AND EXPERIENCE
• University degree in HRM , Public Administration and any other related field from an accredited institution
EXPERIANCE
• 3-5 years working experience in Human Resource
• Knowledge of HR database Management will be added advantage
