Role Purpose: She/he will oversee the conceptualization, planning, development and implementation of strategic partnerships in a bid to offer and increase value added solution to TKL existing commercial offers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead implementation of various initiative cross-functionally, identify roadblocks and provide recommendation for partners
Manage TKL strategic partners, maintain relationships at the executive levels and across the organization
Develop strategic partnership plan with an eye towards identifying creative initiatives
Ensure partners are fulfilling their contractual obligation and TKL is providing the required support.

Role Purpose: He/she will oversee consultative selling and retention of existing key accounts within the Assigned Sector as well as conceptualisation, planning, development and implementation of end to end account management plan for a sustainable long-term business relationship between the assigned accounts and Telkom Kenya Ltd.

Account Development: Ensure overall account management and development through account development plans so as to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a view to maximize the lifetime value of the customer.
