Reporting to the Director Operations and Administration, the purpose of this role is to maintain and enhance operational efficiency within the guarding department.

- Leading operations within the guarding department of the company by evaluating customer needs, managing guard planning process and ensuring smooth continuity of operations

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Zone Manager will be incharge of a designated area.

- Maintaining the control room daily occurrence book
- Liaison with the client when following up or reporting events or Alerts relating to Alarms
- Producing a daily log sheet itemizing vehicle movements
- Monitoring all business activities during and after normal operating hours
- Generate incident reports of vehicle breakdowns, hijacking, accidents and escalate to the relevant staff for resolutions
- Monitor the movement of all company keys and other items within the control room

- Supervising all assigned contracted guards and generating proper documentation
- Attending all scheduled security guard meetings and providing relevant feedback to assist in service improvement.

- Providing proactive training to ensure that all security guards adequately serve the needs of the clients while complementing the operational effectiveness in the field
- Ensuring that safety hazards, suspicious activities or incidents that could cause breach of security within the client’s premises are identified, recorded and reported
- Maintaining and building an effective relationship with clients
- Conducting investigations on incidents and ensuring that proper evidence is acquired, preserved, corroborated and documented
