Scope: The successful candidate will be responsible for
• attending pre-flight briefings;
• carrying out pre-flight duties
• checking that supplies are adequate and that emergency equipment is working properly,
• welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats
• demonstrating safety procedures
• Making announcement on behalf of the pilot and answering passenger questions during the flight
• Ensuring that passengers disembark safely at the end of the flight
• Completing paperwork, including writing a flight report and taking stock of the refreshments
• Performing any other duties
Requirements and Minimum qualifications
• Minimum of diploma in a relevant field of study
• Fluency in English written and spoken
• Knowledge of an additional language is an added advantage
• At least 21 years of age at the time of joining
• Height must be in proportion to weight
• Arm reach of 212cm while standing on tiptoes
• Good eyesight
• Physically fit
• Able to swim
• Previous experience in customer focused environment
• A smart appearance no visible tattoos while in uniform
• A valid passport
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt to new environments and people
