Advisory services for Implementation of an Exit from EU Support to the NAO function in Tanzania
1 senior expert for 54 days
- Master degree in Organisational Management/HR Management
- At least 10 years working with Government agencies, preferably in Africa
- Extensive demonstrated experience of working within the framework of development aid in ACP countries
- Very Good knowledge of the role of the NAO
- Experience working in Tanzania is an asset
- Excellent English skills
- Kiswahili skills an asset
The mission should tentatively start in the first week of April 2012 and last for 54 working days (including 4 travel days).
