The position reports to the National Sales Manager
Prime responsibilities of the positions:
Drive acquisitions of mobile money subscribers and eazzy talk subscribers.
Manage Area Sales Representatives to achieve set targets.
Ensure that relationships with agents are realised in terms of increased sales.
To develop strategies to achieve targets.
To develop strong relationships with Mobile Money agents and dealers and initiate joint marketing campaigns.
To manage expansion of MTN mobile money retail footprint to ensure product availability at arm’s length of service.
Ensure MTN mobile money remains competitive in terms of depth, breadth, customer experience and branding.
Establish new distribution channels.
The applicant must possess the following;
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
3 years’ experience in sales and distribution in a competitive service industry.
Minimal experience in team management & supervision.
Driving experience of more than one year.
Must be a team player and self-motivated.
Good communication and report writing skills.
Team management and supervisory skills.
Report writing.
