Reporting to the Accident & Emergency Coordinator, the successful candidates will be responsible for the following amongst others:

Medical Records Officer

Reporting to the Chief Medical Records Officer, the successful candidates will be responsible for the following amongst others:
- Registration of patients and inputting their demographic details in the system.
- Filing patients medical record files as per the Straight Numerical filing system.
- Filing laboratory reports and radiological films in the patient files.
- Preparing new medical record files and retrieval of the same.
- Booking appointments for outpatient clinics.
- Recording the outpatient diagnosis in the morbidity register.
- Compiling of outpatient statistics daily.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Health Records & Information Technology from a recognised institution.

Radiologists

Reporting to the Chief Radiologist, the successful candidates will be responsible for the following amongst others:
- Evaluating diagnostic images to ensure they are of diagnostic value.
- Providing reports for diagnostic images.
- CT imaging and interpretation.
- Routine and Doppler ultrasound imaging.
- Intravenous administration of contrast material.
- Fluoroscopic screening for special procedures.
- Providing guidance to Radiographers and Ultrasonographers.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Masters of Medicine in Radiology.

Internal Audit Assistant

- Developing customer service policies and standards for the Hospital.
- Planning and executing customer service programs and activities.
- Coordinating with other departments on complaints resolution.
- Conducting patient and client visits to seek feedback, monitor changes and identify the need for new services.
- Auditing customer service standards.
- Liaising with outsourced public relations agency to capture newsworthy articles.
- Training staff on customer service standards, requirements and expectations of the Hospital.
- Monitoring and measuring customer service levels of the Hospital.
- Benchmarking on and influencing the practice of emerging customer service trends.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Business degree.

Legal Officer

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following amongst others:
- Providing in house legal advisory services.
- Ensuring legal compliance in all activities of the Hospital.
- Safe custody of and keeping a register of all Hospital statutory records, contracts and leases.
- Participating in negotiations and contract development.
- Providing logistical support for Board and Board Committee meetings.
- Participating in arranging effective insurance cover for the Hospital.
- Implementing membership initiatives for Kenya Hospital Association (KHA) members.
- Customer service contact point for KHA members.
- Preparing and managing the KHA and Legal department budget.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Reporting to the Procurement and Stores Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for the following amongst others:
- Ensuring goods and services are procured in line with the Hospitals policies and procedures.
- Processing purchase order requisitions and ensuring they are duly approved by the relevant signatories.
- Raising all stock and non stock items purchase orders.
- Ensuring all invoices are forwarded promptly to accounts for payment.
- Preparing detailed and accurate progress reports on the status of various requisitions.
- Preparing detailed and accurate delivery reports on various purchase orders.
- Processing all requests, local purchase orders, goods received notes and invoices.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
