Terms of Reference for producing Policy brief on land grabs
NEPAD now seeks the services of a consultant in order to develop a policy brief on Land grabs in Africa. The policy brief will help guide the discussion and advocacy and guide policy makers in undertaking informed policy decisions vis-à-vis the issue of land grabs.
The Policy Brief will outline key issues and drivers of large scale investments in farmland, review of the scale and extent, identify existing gaps, and provide policy and programming recommendations for win-win deals.
Consultancy fees and duration
The consultancy shall be for a duration of 14 days, between 01 October and 14 October. The Costs of this consultation will be covered by NEPAD through the TerrAfrica Leverage Fund. This will be paid upon accomplishment of the task and upon submission of an invoice and performance report specifying the deliverables.
