Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi provides tertiary and secondary care services and is a premier provider of ambulatory care and quality inpatient services, including critical care. In 2011, the Aga Khan University Hospital’s Heart and Cancer Centre brought international standards of patient care and cardiology and oncology treatment to Kenya.

The new CEO’s will be responsible to the Vice President, Health Services for achieving the ambitious objectives of expanding services, extending the reach and creating local capacity to deliver quality healthcare.

The ideal candidates have a demonstrated track record of achievement in leading a large, complex academic health sciences centre, teaching hospital or integrated health authority as President, CEO or Vice President.

For all three roles, exceptional leadership, the ability to build capacity and inspire people, a true focus on entrepreneurial and innovative thinking and a passion for quality of service, teaching and research are paramount. Experience in private healthcare is required.

For these exciting roles, the ability to travel and relocate either to Karachi, Pakistan or Nairobi, Kenya is required.
