ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT DATA ENTRY (1) POSITION
Catholic Relief Services is a global non-governmental Christian humanitarian and development organization with a special focus serving the needs of disadvantaged populations to ensure that the dignity of the human person is maintained regardless of race, religion, gender or color. Catholic Relief Service South Sudan Program wishes to recruit highly competent, proactive and self-driven person (South Sudanese National only) to fill the position of Accounting Assistant Data Entry to be based in Juba, South Sudan.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To provide efficient and effective support in the area of filing and data entry functions of the finance department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain proper filing system for all vouchers – General Journals, Cash Receipts, and Cash Disbursements for easy retrieval.
- Make daily entry of all vouchers in Sun System
- Issue T4 codes upon approval of vendor vetting and input vendor address details in Sun System.
- Send updated vendor list of to all operations and program staff at the end of each month.
- Assist finance department with any other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
· Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Administration or Management or a closely related field from an accredited college or university
· Two years of progressive experience in data entry and filing management.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with staff, Partners, public donors & representatives.
- Knowledge & experience in the use of sun system accounting software.

- Good communication skills including the ability to make clear and concise presentations.

- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
