The Law Officers department is seeking to recruit two Legal advisers in the Civil Advice group. This permanent role will be for an experienced lawyer who will be providing legal advice in the areas of EU Law, both its applicability and implementation in Jersey. The role will also advise on Maritime law including Fisheries law and Civil Aviation law. Both roles will require 5 year PQE and a Jersey, British, or EU professional legal qualification. Experience in EU, Human rights and international law will be helpful. Specialism in at least two of the areas of work will be expected. Both roles salaries are dependent on qualifications and experience.
