The role of the Health Commodities officer is to oversee the overall management of MC health commodities in Unity state. These are primarily pharmaceutical supplies but also include a variety of health education materials and other commodities directly related to programme implementation.
The successful candidate will have:
- Hold a degree in pharmacy or (pharmaceutical) supply management from a recognized University. Familiar with logistical operations in Sudan – distribution, inventory management and warehousing operations
- Prior experience in drug supply chain management
- Prior experience working with international NGOs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office®, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English, oral and written required
- Preferable fluency in Arabic, Nuer and/or Dinka · Ability to work both in a team and independently
