Duties and Responsibilities:
- Heads the Accounting Department.
- Plans, co-ordinates, direct and control all financial accounting matters.
- Prepares and maintains proper accounting records.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly reports and any other financial information required
- Prepares financial statements for auditing.
- Prepares estimates of income & expenditure.
- Prepares sound investments plan for the College.
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned to him/her by his/her seniors.
Terms of Engagement: Four years contract renewable once upon satisfactory service for a maximum of two terms.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs library clerical duties
- Registration of readers
- Issuing of books to readers
- Receiving books from readers
- Assist in cataloguing and classification of books, journals reprints
- Performs any other duties assigned by his/her seniors

- SENIOR SUPPLIES OFFICER II (1 Post)
Holder of Certified Supplies Professional (CSP/CPSP) or equivalent with added working experience of at least three years.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures full responsibilities for the entire procurement of supplies functions;
- Co-ordinates and forecast stores requirements;
- Ensures maintenance and amendment of stock level figures;
- Supervises the work of junior staff working under him/her.
- Co-ordinates and assists in stock-taking or verification.
- Supervises and ensures early submission of periodical returns.
- Ensures that stock replenishment is taken at the right time.
- Performs any other duties assigned by senior staff.

- MATRON GRADE I (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists the Dean of Students in Students’ counseling and guidance in his/her respective Hall of residence
- Coordinates students’ culture, recreational and sports activities in his/her Hall of residence
- Takes care of students’ welfare and ensures that the sick are urgently treated and taken care of satisfactorily
- Serves as an advisor to students Government at Halls of residence
- Attends meetings of the Hall assembly
- Issues permits to students who may experience emergencies that need absence from campus.
- Assists the Dean with any other administrative tasks as will be required.
- Ensures that the Colleges by laws and regulations guiding the students’ life in Halls of residence are being observed.
- Takes necessary action where such By-laws and regulations are violated.
- Performs any other duties assigned by his/her seniors

- ARTISAN I (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs routine specified tasks that demand higher technical skills under supervision.
- Keeps the work place tidy.
- Collects and takes care of working tools.
- Carries out minor repairs and maintenance.
- Reports maintenance problems to senior staff.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the relevant senior staff.
Terms of Engagement: Permanent and pensionable
- SENIOR ASSISTANT MEDICAL OFFICER III (1 Post)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with subordinate staff to ensure that sick students and staff receive quality health care services.
- To be on duty daily as shall be assigned by his/her supervisor-Management/Principal.
- Ensure that he/she provides assistance to medical legal issues that may arise.
- Shall be responsible to procure/advice purchase of all essential medical supplies and equipments that are needed to render services in the health centre.
- To attend other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor/management.
- Practice general medicine and pediatrics.
- Plans, implements and evaluate health service of the College Dispensary.
- Prepares plans for preventing catastrophe and emergency cases
- Conduct health researches for improvement of health Services.
- Performs any other related duties as may be assigned by immediate Supervisor.
