As a member of the Secretariat Senior Management Group, you will be a strategic institutional partner, policy advisor, employee advocate and supporter of change management and performance improvement.
With a post-graduate degree or equivalent in HR, business administration or related field plus a professional qualification such as CIPD, you must have substantial senior HR management experience.
This should include developing and implementing strategy and policies; workforce planning; organisational change management; ER including staff associations; and a multicultural and international setting.
