1. Completion of landscape or architectural degree program
2. more than 4-year experience in landscape documentation and design development
3. Demonstrated general knowledge of landscape design and planning.
4. Ability to translate complex designs into clear, concise details and construction documents
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
6. Involved in many medium to large scale landscape projects abroad , Ability to work in a team environment
7. Proficiency in most major industry software applications including Office, AutoCAD, , Photoshop, PowerPoint, 3D Modeling
Qualified Candidates are expected to:
1. Contribute to the detailed preparation and review of design and construction documents as well as provide solutions to general landscape problems
2. Facilitate clear communication and professional development among internal GDM leadership and team members as well as external clients, consultants and vendors.
3. Contribute to the development and improvement of working strategies for both individual projects and office operations.
4. Exhibit a strong understanding of various project design concepts, and subsequently relate assigned tasks to such philosophies
5. Work with project team members to verify and coordinate architecture details and dimensions
6. Review shop drawings and samples
7. Participate in marketing and business development initiative
8. Actively pursue opportunities for professional development
