Duties
• To lead, or be an active participant in, ICT related Projects
• To provide First line support on all general and bank Services specific software and hardware issues as and when required
• To communicate information on hardware and software issues to corporate ICT Services via the call logging system
• To use communication methods to attempt to solve ICT issues for bank Services employees including remote access, emails and telephone
• To be the bank Services contact responsible for changes and issues relating to the corporate electronic information storage system.
• To assist in the selection and disposal of redundant ICT Equipment
• To dismantle, move and reassemble ICT equipment as needed and transport ICT Equipment to other sites as required as required
• Create new network user accounts, alter user system details and remove past user accounts
• To provide training to bank staff on the use of ICT related tools & techniques
• To liaise with ICT related suppliers where appropriate
• To comply with divisional, departmental and corporate policies and procedures.
• To have a commitment to own development through appropriate identified activities.
• To ensure that confidentiality and data protection requirements are maintained and adhered to.
Qualification
• Degree in computer science or information technology
• Multi –skilled ability
• 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of bank products and services
