IT Support Engineer

Directly Reporting to: Senior Voice Engineer

Main Purpose of the job

Support Company IT infrastructure

Main Responsibilities

Maintain staff computers and laptops.
Maintain the companies LAN
Helps maintain the company website.
Assists the management technically while purchasing any IT equipment.
Assists in training staff in IT matters

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of Linux OS
Indepth understanding of networking preferably with CCNA certification.
Degree in Engineering or IT from reputable university.
A, A- or B+ in 4th form
Over 3 years of experience
