Administrative and Human Resources Officer (Offices of Dean Faculty of Nursing and Director of Institute of Public Health)
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Public I Business Administration or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
Handling of all administrative duties (including staff matters) related to the respective Dean's and Director's Offices. Making arrangements required to facilitate teaching, learning and assessment for students in the Faculty and Institute of Public Health in liaison with the Dean I Director and respective Program Coordinators. - e.g. availability of teaching and learning facilities/materials, follow up of classrooms allocation for each programme class, preparation of examinations venues, monitoring of Examinations timetables, etc. Performing other related duties as assigned by senior College Officers
