Team Leader / Chief of Party of large scale complex multi-sector facilities;
Operations Manager / Senior Program Manager;
International Trade Specialist (trade policy and regulations, infrastructure, trade agreements);
Education and Skills / TVET Specialists (including teaching, learning and professional leadership; skills development; formal and informal sectors);
Social Infrastructure Specialist (school construction and rehabilitation, health infrastructure);
Rural Development Specialists (Rural Livelihoods, Community Based Development, Agriculture and Food Security, Rural Service Delivery and Natural Resource Management);

Required Skills and Attributes:
Tertiary related qualification in relevant disciplines;
Extensive experience (>15 years) in design and delivery of development programs in Indo-Pacific;
Demonstrated strong leadership and project management capabilities;
Excellent relationship management skills, working and liaising with multiple stakeholders at a strategic and policy implementation level;
Excellent research, writing and oral communication skills;
