The Director, Human Resources Division will provide leadership to a team of HR Professionals, and lead on the development and implementation of effective, responsive and efficient HR strategies, policies and management systems.
As a member of the Secretariat Senior Management Group, you will be a strategic institutional partner, policy advisor, employee advocate and supporter of change management and performance improvement.
With a post-graduate degree or equivalent in HR management/development, public or business administration or related field plus a professional qualification such as CIPD, you must have substantial senior HR management experience gained within an international or governmental organisation.
This should include developing and implementing strategy and policies; an in-depth understanding of the contribution to operational effectiveness; advising senior management; workforce planning and pro-active recruitment and staffing systems; leading and delivering organisational change management; handling complex ER matters in practical terms; and dealing with staff associations or similar.
