TANGAZO LA NAFASI ZA KAZI

Sekretariati ya Ajira katika Utumishi wa Umma ni chombo ambacho kimeundwa kwa mujibu wa Sheria ya Utumishi wa Umma Na. 8 ya mwaka 2002 kama ilivyorekebishwa na Sheria Na. 18 ya mwaka 2007 kifungu 29(1). Kwa mujibu wa Sheria hiyo, chombo hiki, pamoja na kazi zingine kimepewa jukumu la kutangaza nafasi wazi za kazi zinazotokea katika Utumishi wa Umma kwa niaba ya Waajiri (Taasisi za Umma).

Katibu wa Sekretarieti ya Ajira Katika Utumishi wa Umma anakaribisha maombi kwa Watanzania wenye sifa na uwezo wa kujaza nafasi 87 za kazi kwa ajili ya wakala wa vipimo kama zilivyorodheshwa katika tangazo hili.

1.0 WAKALA WA VIPIMO
Wakala wa Vipimo ni Taasisi (Wakala) ya Serikali iliyochini ya Wizara ya Viwanda na Biashara. Taasisi hii iliundwa kwa mujibu wa Sheria ya Wakala za Serikali Sura Na. 245, mapitio ya mwaka 2002. Wakala wa Vipimo ilianzishwa rasmi tarehe 13 Mei, 2002 kwa amri ya Serikali Na. 194 (Government Order No. 194) na kutangazwa tarehe 17 Mei, 2002. Wakala wa Vipimo ina jukumu la kumlinda mlaji kwa kuhakiki vipimo vyote vinavyotumika katika sekta za Biashara, Afya, Usalama na Mazingira.
Nafasi hizi zitajazwa katika ofisi za Wakala wa Vipimo zilizoko Makao Makuu na katika Mikoa yote Tanzania Bara
1.1 MKAGUZI WA NDANI MKUU DARAJA LA I- NAFASI 1
1.1.2 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
• Kuidhinisha taarifa ya ukaguzi uliofanyika;
• Kumfahamisha Mtendaji Mkuu kuhusu mabadiliko ya miongozo ya Ukaguzi (Audit guides) na kumshauri kuhusu Mfumo mzuri wa udhibiti wa ndani (Internal Control);
• Kufanya tathmini juu ya ufanisi (effectiveness) katika uzingatiaji wa Sheria, Kanuni na taratibu za fedha katika Wakala wa Vipimo;
• Kufanya uchunguzi maalum kuhusu matumizi ya Fedha yasiyofaa (special checks and investigations);
• Kuhakikisha kwamba utendaji kazi na matumizi ya fedha katika Wakala vinazingatia Sheria, Kanuni na taratibu za manunuzi na Kanuni za kimataifa (International Standards);
• Kumshauri Mtendaji Mkuu kuhusu namna bora ya kutekeleza majukumu ya Wakala kwa kuzingatia Sheria, Kanuni na taratibu za fedha na Manunuzi;
• Kumshauri Mtendaji Mkuu kuchukua tahadhari ili kuzuia hasara na matumizi yasiyofaa katika Wakala;
• Kuratibu, kusimamia na kuongoza shughuli za ukaguzi wa ndani.
1.1.3 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
• Awe na Shahada ya Biashara au Sanaa ya Uhasibu au Stashahada ya juu ya Uhasibu (ADA) kutoka Chuo/Taasisi inayotambuliwa na Serikali;
• Awe na Shahada/Stashahada ya Uzamili (Masters/Postgraduate Diploma) katika fani ya Uhasibu/Fedha na waliofaulu mtihani wa Taaluma ya Cheti cha Uhasibu (CPA) (T) pamoja na uzoefu wa kazi usiopungua miaka kumi na mbili (12) katika fani hiyo. Wawe wametoa mchango wa makala/maandiko ya kiuhasibu na Ukaguzi hesabu yanayotambuliwa Kitaifa au Kimataifa watafikiriwa kwanza.
• Awe na ujuzi wa kutumia Kompyuta.
1.1.4 MSHAHARA
• Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani WMAS 7 kwa mwezi.
NB: MASHARITI YA JUMLA KWA KAZI ZOTE.
i. Waombaji wote wawe ni Raia wa Tanzania na wenye umri usiozidi miaka 45
ii. Waombaji wote waambatishe cheti cha kuzaliwa.
iii. Waombaji ambao tayari ni watumishi wa Umma na wamejipatia sifa za kuingilia katika kada tofauti na walizonazo, wapitishe barua zao za maombi ya nafasi za kazi kwa waajiri wao na Waajiri wajiridhishe ipasavyo.
iv. Nafasi ya kazi inayoombwa iandikwe juu ya bahasha, kutozingatiwa hili kutasababisha maombi ya kazi kuwa batili.
v. Waombaji waambatishe maelezo binafsi yanayojitosheleza (Detailed C.V) yenye anwani na namba za simu za kuaminika pamoja na majina ya wadhamini (referees) watatu wa kuaminika.
vi. Maombi yote yaambatane na vyeti vya taaluma, maelezo, nakala za vyeti vya kidato cha nne na kidato cha sita kwa wale waliofikia kiwango hicho na vyeti vya kuhitimu
mafunzo mbalimbali kwa kuzingatia sifa za kazi husika. Viambatanisho hivyo vibanwe sawa sawa kuondoa uwezekano wa kudondoka au kupotea.

- Computer Certificate
- Vyeti vya kitaaluma (Professional certificates from respective boards)

vii. Testmonials”, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of results”, hati matokeo za kidato cha nne na sita (FORM IV AND FORM VI RESULTS SLIPS) HAVITAKUBALIWA.
viii. Waombaji waliosoma nje ya Tanzania wahakikishe vyeti vyao vimehakikiwa na kuidhinishwa na Mamlaka husika (TCU na NECTA).
ix. Waombaji waliostaafishwa katika Utumishi wa Umma hawaruhusiwi kuomba isipokuwa kama wanakibali cha Katibu Mkuu Kiongozi.
x. Waombaji kazi ambao tayari ni waajiriwa katika nafasi za kuingilia walioko katika Utumishi wa umma wasiombe na wanatakiwa kuzingatia maelekezo yaliyo katika Waraka Na CAC. 45/257/01/D/140 wa tarehe 30 Novemba 2010.
xi. Uwasilishaji wa taarifa na sifa za kugushi wahusika watachukuliwa hatua za kisheria.
xii. Mwisho wa kupokea barua za maombi ni tarehe14 Octoba, 2014
xiii. Aidha, uwasilishaji wa barua kwa mkono katika ofisi za Sekretarieti ya ajira HAURUHUSIWI.
xiv. Maombi yanaweza kuandikwa kwa Lugha ya Kiswahili au Kiingereza na yatumwe kupitia posta kwa anuani ifuatayo.

1.2 MKAGUZI WA NDANI DARAJA LA II- NAFASI 2
1.2.2 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
• Kufanya ukaguzi wa Hesabu;
• Kusaidia kujibu hoja za Ukaguzi;
• Atafanya kazi nyingine kama atakavyopangiwa na kiongozi wake zinazohusiana na elimu na ujuzi wake wa kazi.
1.2.3 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
• Wenye “Intermediate Certificate” inayotolewa na NBAA;
• Wenye Shahada ya Biashara au Sanaa ya Uhasibu au Stashahada ya juu ya Uhasibu (ADA) kutoka Chuo/Taasisi inayotambuliwa na Serikali;
• Awe na Cheti cha Taaluma ya Kompyuta.
1.2.4 MSHAHARA
• Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani WMAS 3 kwa mwezi.

ix. Waombaji waliostaafishwa katika Utumishi wa Umma hawaruhusiwi kuomba isipokuwa kama wanakibali cha Katibu Mkuu Kiongozi.
x. Waombaji kazi ambao tayari ni waajiriwa katika nafasi za kuingilia walioko katika Utumishi wa umma wasiombe na wanatakiwa kuzingatia maelekezo yaliyo katika Waraka Na CAC. 45/257/01/D/140 wa tarehe 30 Novemba 2010.
xi. Uwasilishaji wa taarifa na sifa za kugushi wahusika watachukuliwa hatua za kisheria.
xii. Mwisho wa kupokea barua za maombi ni tarehe14 Octoba, 2014
xiii. Aidha, uwasilishaji wa barua kwa mkono katika ofisi za Sekretarieti ya ajira HAURUHUSIWI.

• Kuendesha kesi za rufaa za Wakala;
• Kutoa ushauri wa kisheria na kitaalam kwa Wakala;
• Kusimamia upimaji wa utendaji kazi wa watumishi waliochini yake;
• Kusimamia maandalizi ya rasimu ya taarifa kuhusu utafiti wa marekebisho ya Sheria;
• Kumshauri Afisa Mtendaji Mkuu kuhusu matumizi ya tafiti mbalimbali za kitaifa na kimataifa;
1.3.3 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
• Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada ya kwanza ya Sheria na Stashahada/Shahada ya Uzamili ya Sheria kutoka vyuo vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali na wenye uzoefu wa kazi kwa muda usiopungua miaka kumi na mbili (12).
1.3.4 MSHAHARA

1.4 AFISA VIPIMO DARAJA LA II- NAFASI 17
1.4.2 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
• Kukagua, kuhakiki na kuvirekebisha vipimo vya wafanyabiashara;
• Kutunza na kuhifadhi vifaa vya kitaalamu vitumikavyo katika utendaji wa kazi;
• Kutoa ushauri kuhusu masuala ya uhakiki na matumizi ya vipimo;
• Kufanya upelelezi kuhusu ukiukwaji wa Sheria ya vipimo;
• Kupokea na kufanyia kazi malalamiko ya wadau na wateja;
1.4.3 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
• Kuajiriwa mwenye Shahada ya kwanza katika fani ya Legal Metrology au Legal and Industrial Metrology kutoka Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali. Au
• Kuajiriwa mwenye Shahada katika fani ya Uhandisi / Sanyansi ambao wamepata crash programme in Legal and Industrial Metrology isiyopungua miezi mine (4) kutoka Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali. Au
• Kuajiriwa mwenye Shahada katika fani ya Uhandisi / Sayansi ambao wamehitimu Stashahada ya Uzamili (Postgraduate Diploma) katika fani ya Vipimo kutoka Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.
• Kuajiriwa mwenye Stashahada ya juu katika fani ya Legal Metrology / Legal and Industrial Metrology kutoka Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.
1.4.4 MSHAHARA
• Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani WMAS 3 kwa mwezi.

1.5 AFISA UGAVI MKUU DARAJA LA I - NAFASI 1
1.5.2 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
• Kushauri juu ya Sera ya Ununuzi na Ugavi katika Wakala;
• Kushauri juu ya Mfumo wa Mtandao wa Ununuzi na Ugavi kwa kutumia kompyuta, “e-procurement”;
• Kutathmini taarifa ya vifaa vinavyotumika na Wakala ili kujua aina ya kasi ya vifaa husika kwa hatua zaidi;
• Kusimamia utayarishaji wa Mpango wa manunuzi wa Wakala;
• Kusimamia utayarishaji wa makisio ya vifaa vinavyohitajika katika Wakala;
• Kusimamia upimaji wa utendaji wa Maafisa Ugavi walio chini yake;
• Kumshauri Mtendaji Mkuu kuhusu namna bora kutekeleza majukumu yanayohusu ununuzi, utunzaji na ugavi katika Wakala;
1.5.3 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
• Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada ya Ugavi na Shahada/Stashahada ya Uzamili katika fani za Biashara au Ugavi kutoka vyuo vinavyotambuliwa na Bodi ya Taifa ya Usimamizi wa Vifaa, na uzoefu wa kazi usiopungua miaka kumi na mbili (12).

1.5.6 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
• Kukusanya takwimu za kusaidia kutayarisha makisio ya vifaa vinavyohitajika na mpango wa Ununuzi (Procurement Plan);
• Kukusanya na kutunza takwimu za wazabuni;
• Kukusanya na kutunza takwimu za upokeaji, utunzaji na usambazaji wa vifaa;
• Kusimamia utunzaji wa maghala;
• Kupokea, kutunza na kusambaza vifaa (Physical distribution);
• Kubuni mfumo wa uwekaji na utunzaji wa vifaa ghalani (Location index design);
• Kukagua na kuhesabu vifaa ghalani (Perpetual Stock Checking);
• Kutayarisha mpango wa kazi katika vipindi maalum;
• Kuhesabu na kutoa taarifa ya thamani ya vifaa vilivyomo ghalani kila mwisho wa mwaka (Annual Stock Taking);
• Kusimamia manunuzi, utunzaji na matumizi bora ya vifaa vya kazi;
• Kumshauri afisa Ugavi Daraja la I kuhusu majukumu ya Ugavi katika Wakala;
1.5.7 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
• Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada ya Biashara wenye mchepuo wa Ugavi au Stashahada ya juu ya Ugavi (Advanced Diploma in Material Management) inayotolewa na Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.

1.6 MCHAMBUZI WA MIFUMO YA KOMPYUTA MWANDAMIZI- NAFASI 1
1.6.2 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
• Kutayarisha hati za uchambuzi wa mifumo ya wakati halisi iliyosambazwa kwa kina;
• Kufanya uchambuzi wa ufanisi wa mfumo wa mtandao wa kompyuta, kutayarisha taarifa za utumiaji na ufanisi na kupendekeza ubadilishaji na uboreshaji wa vifaa, mitambo na program za kompyuta;
• Kuratibu majaribio ya mifumo mbalimbali katika Wakala;
• Kutunza kiongozi cha taratibu za huduma ya kompyuta kuhusiana na mzunguko wa uhai wa maendeleo ya mfumo;
• Kuhakikisha ufungaji sahihi wa mifumo na mitandao yote;
• Kubuni majalada ya data na habari zitokazo kwenye kompyuta na muundo wa taarifa;
• Kufanya marekebisho ya vigezo vya mfumo kila inapobidi ili kuboresha ufanisi;
• Kufanya matengenezo ya kila juma ya kituo cha data na kuhifadhi data;
• Kufunga na kupanga upya vihifadhi data kwa matumizi bora zaidi;
• Kutafuta mbinu za kuokoa data kutokeapo hitilafu;
1.6.3 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
• Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada/Stashahada ya Juu katika masomo ya Sayansi ya Kompyuta kutoka kwenye Taasisi/Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali ambao wana uzoefu wa kazi kwa muda usiopungua miaka saba (7).
1.6.4 MSHAHARA
• Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani WMAS 3 kwa mwezi

1.7 MCHAMBUZI WA MIFUMO YA KOMPYUTA DARAJA LA II - NAFASI 1
1.7.2 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
• Kufunga Kompyuta za Wakala;
• Kuweka kumbukumbu za taratibu za kisasa na mbinu za kufanyia kazi;
• Kutengeneza chati za mtiririko wa mifumo ya nyendo za taarifa na udhibiti unaohusu kompyuta;
• Kutoa msaada wa kiufundi kwa vituo mbalimbali vya kazi vya Wakala;
• Kuweka program mbalimbali kwenye kompyuta kwa ajili ya kufanyiwa kazi na Wakala;
1.7.3 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
• Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada/Stashahada ya Juu katika masomo ya Sayansi ya Kompyuta kutoka kwenye Taasisi/Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.
1.7.4 MSHAHARA
• Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani WMAS 3 kwa mwezi
1.8 MHASIBU DARAJA LA II- NAFASI 20
1.8.2 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
• Kuidhinisha hati za malipo;
• Kuandika taarifa ya mapato na matumizi ya mwezi;
• Kusimamia wahasibu wasaidizi katika kazi zao za kila siku;
• Kuandika taarifa ya maduhuli;
1.8.3 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
• “Intermediate Certificate” inayotolewa na NBAA;
• Shahada ya Biashara/Sanaa yenye mwelekeo wa Uhasibu au Stashahada ya Juu ya Uhasibu kutoka Chuo/Taasisi inayotambuliwa na Serikali;
• Awe na Cheti cha Taaluma ya Kompyuta.
1.8.4 MSHAHARA
• Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani WMAS 7 kwa mwezi

1.9 MCHUMI MKUU DARAJA LA I- NAFASI 1
1.9.2 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
• Kuratibu na kuhuisha upangaji na udhibiti wa mipango ya Wakala;
• Kushiriki katika shughuli za kuandaa mipango, miongozo na nyaraka mbalimbali za Wakala;
• Kuchambua, kudhibiti na kuoanisha Bajeti ya Wakala kwa kushirikiana na Wizara mama;
• Kutayarisha taarifa za utekelezaji wa miradi ya maendeleo;
• Kutoa picha kamili ya uchumi wa Wakala na maendeleo yake kwa vipindi vya muda mfupi na kati;
• Kutayarisha miongozo ya maendeleo ya kila mwaka;
• Kutayarisha na kusimamia mifumo ya shughuli za mipango ya maendeleo;
• Kusimamia mwenendo wa kiuchumi wa Wakala na kutoa ushauri;
• Kusimamia upimaji wa utendaji wa watumishi walio chini yake;
1.9.3 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
• Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada/Stashahada ya Uzamili (Masters/Postgraduate Diploma) ambao wamejiimarisha katika mojawapo ya fani zifuatazo Uchumi (Economics), Takwimu (Statistics), Sayansi ya Uchumi au Kilimo (Bsc. Agriculture Economics & Agri Business) kutoka vyuo vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali.
• ujuzi wa kutumia kompyuta na uzoefu wa kazi ya uchambuzi wa masuala ya kiuchumi kwa muda usiopungua miaka kumi na mbili (12).
• Waombaji wenye Shahada ya Falsafa ya (Phd) katika fani husika au watakaokuwa wamechapisha makala zisizopungua sita (6) zinazohusiana na fani mbalimbali za uchumi watafikiriwa kwanza.
1.9.4 MSHAHARA
• Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani WMAS 7 kwa mwezi.

1.10 KATIBU MAHSUSI DARAJA LA III- NAFASI 5
1.10.2 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
• Kuchapa barua, taarifa na nyaraka za kawaida;
• Kupokea wageni, kuwasaili na kuwaelekeza ipasavyo;
• Kutunza taarifa/kumbukumbu za matukio, miadi, wageni, tarehe za vikao, safari za Mkuu wake na ratiba ya kazi katika Ofisi anamofanyia kazi;
• Kutafuta na kumpatia Mkuu wake majalada/nyaraka zinazohitajika;
• Kuwa kiungo kati ya Mkuu wake na Maafisa wengine;
• Kuandaa orodha ya mahitaji ya vifaa vya Ofisi ya Mkuu wake wa kazi;
• Kutunza vifaa vyote vilivyopo Ofisini kwake na Ofisi ya Mkuu wake wa kazi;
1.10.3 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
• Kuajiriwa wahitimu wa Kidato cha Nne (Form IV) waliohudhuria Mafunzo ya Uhazili na kufaulu mtihani wa hatua ya tatu. Wawe wamefaulu somo la Hatimkato ya Kiswahili na Kiingereza maneno yasiyopungua 80 kwa dakika moja na wawe wamepata mafunzo ya kompyuta kutoka Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali na kupata Cheti katika program za windows, Microsoft office, internet, e-mail na publisher.
1.10.4 MSHAHARA
• Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani WMAS 2 kwa mwezi.

1.11 DEREVA DARAJA LA II- NAFASI 15
1.11.2 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
• Kuhakikisha kuwa gari analoendesha liko katika hali nzuri kiufundi na safi;
• Kufanya matengenezo madogo madogo katika gari;

VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

On behalf of Weights and Measures Agency, Public Service Recruitment Secretariat invites qualified Tanzanians to fill 3 vacant posts in the above Public Institution.


1.0 WEIGHTS AND MEASURES AGENCY

Weights and Measures Agency is a government institution which is under the ministry of Industry and Trade. Weights and Measures Agency was established under the Executive Agencies Act (Cap.245). The Mandate of WMA is to provide protection to consumers in relation to legal metrological control which includes legal control of measuring instruments, metrological supervision and metrological expertise in trade, health, safety and environment.

1.1  FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS MANAGER          - 1 POST

1.1.1      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Develop Agency’s accounting policies and principles and monitor their implementation;

·         Advise Director on issues pertaining to Finance of the Agency;

·         Assist the Director in review and update all documents, policies and regulation regarding accounting and finance;

·         Participate in the planning and budget preparation process of the Agency;

·         Facilitate the payments of salaries and other expenditures;

·         Respond and follow up on audit reports and observations;

·         Assist in keeping records of revenue, payments, assets and liabilities;

·         Prepare Agency’s Financial Statements and submit them to relevant authorities.


1.1.2           QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and Master’s Degree/Post graduate diploma in Accounting, Finance with a CPA (T) /ACCA or related fields from any recognized University/Institution.

·         Twelve (12) years of working experience in the related field, with at least 5 years’ experience in Management or Senior positions.

·         Must have a high level of interpersonal skills, team builder and ability to work with a team of professionals.

·         Must be Computer Literate.


1.1.3           REMUNERATION

·         According to Weights and Measures Agency Salary Scale WMAS 9.


1.2 HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER - 1 POST

1.2.1           DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Coordinate preparation of WMA personal emolument budget;

·         Coordinate staff recruitment, confirmation, promotion and transfer;

·         Coordinate employees’ pension and other related terminal benefits;

·         Carry out human resources and succession planning for the sustainability of the Agency;

·         Coordinate preparation and implementation of  staff development program;

·         Advise the Director of Business Services on the execution of Disciplinary matters;

·         Maintain WMA office facilities;

·         Handle work place disputes.


1.2.2         QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Bachelor  Degree  and  Master’s  Degree/Postgraduate  Public  Administration,

Manpower Planning, Human Resource Management or any other related fields from a recognized University/Institution.

·         Twelve (12) years of working experience in the related field, with at least 5 years’ experience in Management or Senior positions.

·         Must have a high level of interpersonal skills, team builder and ability to work with a team.

·         Must be Computer Literate.

1.3 INFORMATION, EDUCATION, COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING MANAGER - 1 POST

1.3.1         DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Advise the Agency on Information, Education, communication and Marketing services;

·  Coordinate preparation and delivery of  public awareness programs;

·    Coordinate preparation of wmas’ articles, brochures, leaflets, exhibitions and newsletters;

·         Develop and implement system of public dialogue;

·         Develop and implement a complaints handling system;

·         Coordinate press briefings;

·         Update wmas’ website;

·         Establish and  maintain the library;

·         Undertake service delivery surveys by collecting stakeholders’/clients’ views on services rendered by WMA.


1.3.2         QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Bachelor Degree and Master’s Degree/Postgraduate Mass Communication, Public

Relations, Marketing or any other related fields from a recognized University/Institution.

·         Twelve (12) years of working experience in the related field, with at least 5 years’ experience in Management or Senior positions.

·         Must have a high level of interpersonal skills, team builder and ability to work with a team.

·         Must be Computer Literate.


1.3.3           REMUNERATION

·         According to Weights and Measures Agency Salary Scale WMAS 9.
