Investments Manager(IM) Job Ref:TNP/IM/09/13
Position Summary:
To identify potential investments and promote parternship and joint ventures for the new projects.Further,the incument will be charged with conducting market research on the available opportunities and develop business plans for exploring those opportunities
Reporting to the Director,Planning and Development Projects,Key Responsibilities will include:
-Identifying and advising on potential investment by conducting feasibility studies for new projects and develop business plan
-Conducting market research,identify market trends and opportunities and adjust business plans accordingly
-Identify and promoting joint ventures/partnership with potential investors
-Developing and implementing investment management strategies
-Monitoring and evaluating performance of TANAPA investments ventures
-Advising management on risk mitigation strategies in relation to investments
-Developing/revising investment policies as need arises
-Advising management on joint venturs and partnership opportunities available
-Conducting performance appraisal of staff directly reporting to the respective department
Key Qualifications and Experience
-Master's Degree in Economics,or Business Administration(Finance Option)from a recognized institution
-At least eight years of working experience in relevant field, three of which should be in senior position
-Proficiency in Microsoft application
