Positions are for short-term technical assistance and will require periodic international travel.
Qualifications:
- At least a Master’s degree in monitoring and evaluation and/or climate change mitigation or adaptation, or other related field, PhD preferred;
- A minimum of four (4) years mid-level and senior-level expertise in quantitative evaluations of development assistance and/or climate adaptation, clean energy and energy efficiency, sustainable landscape management;
- Demonstrated technical expertise in climate adaptation, clean energy and/or sustainable landscapes;
- At least five (5) years of technical experience in policy analysis in at least two geographical regions;
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with complex field operations in closed and/or transitional or developing countries;
