Qualification:
⢠Consultant should have an advanced degree in education and/or social sciences/development or equivalent and 10-15 years relevant work experience;
⢠Extensive experience both in training/capacity building and documentation in this technical area;
⢠Thorough knowledge of humanitarian and education in emergencies environment;
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills
