Job Purpose:
Develop and manage mortgage loan portfolio
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage mortgage loan portfolio
- Coordinate mortgage sales across the bank
- Monitor and control mortgage loan book
- Manage customer relationship
- Origination, appraisal and monitoring of mortgage loan book
- Carry out annual reviews, arrears and account performance management
- Provide leadership and support to branches in delivery of mortgage business propositions
- Develop and maintain relationship with suppliers (developers) and customers to ensure delivery of quality service.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University Degree in a business/financial field from a recognized institution. Those with an MBA will have an added advantage.
- Proven experience and track record in establishment and management of Business Banking solutions
- Competence in credit skills, product development, sales and negotiations.
- Passion and commitment to quality service performance
- Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills
