Job Purpose:

Overall Management of Islamic Banking Sales at KCB Tanzania Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead & Coordinate Sales Strategy for entire department
• Manage Islamic Banking asset growth
• Growth of account in all segments i.e. current, savings, SME, community & Cub
• Responsible for liability mobilization to annual budget
• Managing revenue components of the department

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, B com, Banking and Finance
• 5 years’ experience in selling Islamic Banking Products
• Commercial Awareness skills
• Selling skills
• Customer service skills
• Lending Skills
• Islamic Banking Product Knowledge
• Presentation skills
• Risk Management Skills
