Women's Solar Network Manager (WSN)

• Work along women gender chain to create awareness of SKIKA programme and its benefits.
• Identify organizations – profit and none for profit and engage them in renewable energy as means of generating employment to fellow women.
• Participate in gender forum, government functions, exhibition and seminar so as to create robust women network that access clean energy and establish Women’s Solar Network (WSN) in the country.
• Taking part in project proposals write up that address core women challenges along energy line for donor support.
• Work closely with SKIKA regional managers so as to build households that utilize clean, reliable solar energy transforming conventional energy sources to renewable clean energy.
• Maintain contact with regional government officials and other partners working in renewable energy sector for sustainability.
• In collaboration with SKIKA regional Managers, plan and indentify competent regional SKIKA Women Entrepreneurs developing the chain to district and Ward level for WSN.
• Work closely with our partners already existing across the regions to speed up attainment of outlined deliverables.
 

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Salary: Competitive salary will be offered in form of commission generated from WSN sales and SKIKA regional Managers, Sales professional, Tertiary sales professional and own direct sales.
Reporting: The position reports to Programmes and Partnership Director – East Africa
