SKIKA Regional Managers - All regions of Tanzania including Zanzibar

• Trigger and manager sales volume in the region through working closely with the Head of each Project components.
• Be proactive in planning and execution of short term and long term objectives in the region
• Plan and participate in recruitment of District Team Leader (DTL) whom will engineer formation of Sales Officers (SO) and Tertiary Sales Officers (TSO) in each district.
• Monitor and Control budget such that value of money is addressed in each undertaking.
• Use high level integrated skills to leverage limited resources to ensure company activities efficiently performed.
• Deal closely with local government authorities to comply by regional By-laws, regulations and certification required.
• Provide technical advice to Heads of SKIKA Components to ensure project take advantage of opportunities available.
• Participate directly in promotions of company renewable energy products (solar, wind, biogas etc) increase energy use efficiency among communities attains targets.
• In collaboration with Head of Programme Components, play key role in exposing SKIKA Programme to potential distributors and dealers across the region.
• Keep close eye on competitors’ innovation and product line highlight type and price of their product. taking place in renewable energy sector and be pioneer in providing innovative solutions to both urban and rural community.
• Develop strong relationship with all stakeholders in education, health, agriculture sector and Women’s Solar Network in the regional.
• Identify and work with local public and private institutions, NGOs/CBO/FBO/CS existing in the region and establish partnership in a win –win situation.

Salary: Competitive salary will be offered in form of commission generated from District Team Leaders (DTL) sales, Sales Officers, Tertiary sales professional and own direct sales.
. Reporting: The position report to National Business Development Manager with a dotted line to Programmes and Partnership Director – East Africa
