Job Title: Retail and Business Corporate Executive

Objectives:
To establish and grow the TTCL Mobile money corporate partner base. Build and strengthen working relationships with corporate partners so as to realize increase of sales, profits and enhance the quality of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute strategy, policies and procedure for management of Mobile Money operations
2. Design business strategies for acquisition of Mobile Money
3. Grow Mobile Money transaction levels, eco-system and merchant network
4. Develop & implement the Agent model, recruitment, management and quality
5. Manage expansion of TTCL MM retail footprint to ensure product availability
6. Develop procedures, policies and work flows to achieve maximum sales volume potential for products and services
7. Grow mobile Money transactions through corporate business
8. Establish relations and enter business partnerships with corporate
Key Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
1. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business Administration
2. A Masters Degree or Professional qualification in Commerce will be an added advantage
3. 4-5 years experience in telecom which should be in a mobile money related environment
4. Preferably with experience of financial management, budget and strategy responsibility
5. Significant and proven sales support experience in the finance and telecommunications industries.
6. Financial modeling experience including an in-depth understanding of the principles of ROI, NPV including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
7. Track record in delivery of high value upstream commercial transactions and closure of large complex contractual arrangements;
8. Strong leadership and motivational skills
9. Excellent communication skills, both internal and external
10. Good influencer
11. Entrepreneurial attitude
12. Flexible and swift to respond
