Job Title: Business Operations Officer

Objectives:
The Mobile Money (MM) Operations officer is responsible for assisting TTCL Mobile Money Business Unit to coordinate and manage day to day operations so as to reach the sales target and customer service KPIs. He will also provide commercial expertise with all quoting, pricing and business case modeling for prospective customers
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the TTCL to define KPIs and sales targets
2. Build data collection process to monitor closely mobile money progress, identify key issues or challenges and propose corrective actions and follow up on outcomes
3. Review operating model for mobile money and propose optimized business processes to improve efficiency, quality of service and internal controls
4. Provide detailed analysis on TTCL mobile money functions & KPIs, budgets and financial ratios
5. Propose business developments actions to contribute to boost sales, improve distribution channels and customer activation
6. Build and manage a set of generic documents to be shared with Management (dashboards, business procedures, financial analysis...)
7. Works closely with the Mobile money head for implementation of various business parameter product development and partnership team to ensure a consistent strategy is deployed across the mobile money unit
Key Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
• Bachelor Degree in a Business Administration, Commerce or Marketing
• A Masters Degree or Professional qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 3 of which should be in a mobile money related environment
• Strong track record to manage and monitor Operations Cost
• Good knowledge of various MFS best practices in terms of sales, distribution and customer activation
• Knowledge of telecom, payment and banking systems (related to mobile money)
• Fluent English
• Business analyst

• Creative individual with a customer centric focus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of cultures in a diverse community
