Network Operations Center Manager:
Position Description
Accountable for Network Operations Center Management within the Network Operations service scope.
Network Operations Center Management is the leadership and manage¬ment of all or some of the centralized Network Operations functions, typically including: Fault Management, Alarm Monitoring etc, including managing of Global Delivery Center teams and Local staff.
Main responsibility is to ensure operational continuity and smooth execu¬tion by implementing proactive delivery management practices.
Ensures services delivery management based on the NSN Operations Model, PMI principles and in full alignment with NSN Procedures and applicable Business Line guidelines.
Candidates Requirements
Candidate shall be capable of delivering KPls under extreme pressure.
Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in managing teams.
Candidate must have excellent background of GSM technology including (but not limited to): 2G/3G BSS, Core, IN, HLR, Transmission
Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills as well as Customer oriented approach.
Candidate must be excellent in MS Office tools (including programming/preparing macros/templates in Excel) and other Trouble Ticketing tools (such as Remedy etc)
