OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure operational excellence in Ultimate Security Tanzania Limited
operations so as to provide quality service to customers. Responsible
for providing sound Human Resource advice, guidance and support to promote
consistency and growth within the Human Resources team.
Relationships
- Reports to the HR Manager
- Works closely with other members of the
team
Duties to be performed
- Advise the HR Manager on the best human
capital management practices.
- Assist in building effective relationships
regarding Human Resource matters and processes.
- Participate in the development and
implementation of projects and proposals as directed by the HR Manager
that will deliver positive results for the company.
- Perform quality assurance checks.
- Dealing with the recruitment process of the
company whenever the need arises on both the Headquaters and the company
branches.
- Dealing with correspondences with the
upcountry branches of the company on the HR related matters.
- Being conversant with the Tanzania Labour Laws
and regulations.
- Partner with work colleagues to provide sound
HR advice and solutions that are tailored to meet the needs of the company.
- Support HR Manager in the resolution of
complex Human Resource matters.
- Monitor and review HR systems.
- Accurately compile, analyse and interpret
tasks, workforce reports and information.
- Contribute to the achievement of team
objectives.
- Ensure business practices are in accordance
with human resource policies and labour laws.
- Provide the company with updated salary and
job description information.
- Provide advice on discipline process, conduct
disciplinary review conferences and advise on appropriate outcomes.
- Develop employee restructuring plans.
- To perform other assigned works as they rise
on day to day basis.
- To perform tasks related to training to company
staff.
Core Competencies

Being fluent
in both English and Kiswahili.
·
A university
degree or college diploma or equivalent qualification.
·
Have the
ability to express and make arguments both languages English and Kiswahili.
·
Must be a
computer literate especially Internet, Email and Microsoft Office
·
Must be able
to provide solution-focused advice on HR matters.
- Must have proven track record of experience in
successfully developing and implementing projects and proposals of some
complexity.
- Must possess a Tertiary Qualification in Human
Resources or the equivalent.
