Senior Implementation Manager (Transaction Banking)

•To act as an Electronic Banking consultant for SCB Solution Delivery for Tanzania.
• Work closely with and provide marketing support to Relationship Managers (RMs) and Sales Managers in Origination & Client Coverage Division, Product Management, Group Trade, Global Cash Management Services and Custody to secure the business of potential TB customers and meet customers’ Electronic Banking needs.
•To provide customer service support to the portfolio of TB customers in the region and participate throughout the entire process of pre-implementation, customer technical discussions, customization, implementation, training and review process.
•To monitor and ensure maximum utilization of TB products by customers and increase of revenue through TB products. Among other things, this involves engaging senior management in organizations.
•Ensure Maintenance of a healthy business environment through strict Compliance with AML and CRM standards, as defined by the Group and Local Regulatory Authorities.
•To coordinate and drive performance of Solution Delivery team to ensure excellent implementation standards and alignment with Group strategy/standards for electronic banking. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

•To provide 2nd level of Customer Support to resolve customer technical operating problems by further investigation, rectification and including on-site trouble-shooting, both through own technical expertise and through close liaison with SD staff and Technical Support Services.
•To provide 2nd level support for Straight2Bank to Tanzania, and to liaise with setup and support teams in respect to set-ups, changes/upgrades.
•To achieve excellent relations CBS Hub, Cash Management Operations and Trade Operations staff, to ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided to all TB customers for all their TB transactions.
•To maintain proper checks and controls within the unit and ensure that the Unit’s operations are in strict compliance with all relevant control standards - both internal to SCB and imposed by external regulators.
•To assist in the timely production of management information to enable the continual review of service standards and the capture of customer and transactional growth statistics for capacity planning and revenue statistics for business planning.
•To ensure that all customer queries or problems arising on any of the SCB TB platforms are resolved through close contact with technical service and back office resources.
•To ensure TB agreements and all system setup documentation are properly completed before performing any TB implementations.
•To assist GTB in the roll out of new TB systems and upgrade releases by participating in User Acceptance Tests, PTR etc.
•Ensure you remain alert to the risk of money laundering and assist in the Bank’ efforts in combating it by adhering to the key principles in relation to: identifying your customer, knowing your customer, reporting suspicions, safeguarding records and not disclosing suspicions to customers. Ensure your staff are trained in combating money laundering 

Qualifications & Skills

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
•Knowledge of cash management & trade. 
•Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task. 
•Analytical
•IT qualifications are good to have
•Project Management is a plus
•Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma required
