Reporting to the Regional Representative, the Finance and Operations Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing financial systems for the regional office alongside ensuring sound financial management practices for partners.
This role will also manage the development of operational structures and processes to support the effective running of the regional team.

- First Degree (Bachelors) in Finance and Accounting or other related area of studies
- Minimum 5 years working with an international NGO, with strong financial and operational management experience.
