Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

· Minimum Qualification required: Degree in Administration, management or related field from a recognized Tanzanian

· Experience: At least 2 years experience working in a medium to large private, public or non-government organization in an administration role. Experience should include dealing with the public and a variety of different stakeholders. Candidate should be able to demonstrate strong experience in developing and maintaining administrative processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the organization.

· Preferred: Candidates with formal training and relevant qualifications for the position will be favored. Candidates with experience in managing service contracts will be preferred.

· Technical Skills & Abilities: Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and Power point skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Position Description:

WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) TCO - the international conservation organization - is seeking a competent and motivated Project Executant, for Community Based Natural Resources Management project, based in Mpanda Katavi Region.

Main tasks:

To provide logistical, technical and managerial support to the implementation of CBNRM activities inMpanda. Preparation of annual work plans, budgets and carry out implementation of planned activities to facilitate the establishment and functioning of Wildlife Management Areas (WMA's) in Mpanda. Programme Accountant

Support SELF in mitigating information integrity

Facilitate disbursement of loans after approval and ensure regular post-disbursement monitoring of loan utilization.

Work closely with local partners and leaders

A promoting access to finance to the rural and urban poor.

Contribute to SELF's monitoring, evaluation and reporting processes by providing information on beneficiaries including impact of loans on their lives of the poor and the institutional development of intermediaries as well as the internal and external risks factors to the port folio.
