DEVELOPMENT OF UNFPA BIRTH CLINIC SPECIFICATION AND GUIDELINES FOR PROCUREMENT

We hereby solicit your quotation for provision of the following services:

Technical consultancy services for the development of UNFPA bith clinic specification and guidelines for procurement

Any questions shall be submitted in writing to the focal point below before no later than 2nd August, 2012. UNFPA will publish a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document with the answers on the 3th August, 2012. After 2nd August, if any clarification is required, please contact Morten Soresen by telephone at +45 3546 7162.

If you are interested in submitting a quotation for these items, kindly fill in the attached quotation submission form and send by courier or email to the address indicated below no later than 24 August, 2012.

E-mail submission shall not exceed 10 MB. Where the technical details are in large electronic files, it is recommended that these be sent separately before the deadline. It shall be the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure that Bids sent by e-mail are received by the deadline.

UNFPA has adopted a zero tolerance policy on gifts and hospitality. In view of this UNFPA personnel is prohibited from accepting any gift, even of a nominal value, including drinks, meals, food products, hospitality, calendars, transportation, and any other forms of benefits. Vendors are therefore requested not to send gifts or offer hospitality to UNFPA personnel.
