Qualifications

• Masters degree in management or related field from a globally recognized university or institution

• Minimum of 10 yrs experience of capacity building, public service related activities with a proven track record in government projects /programs , preferably donor funded projects / programs and experience with government institutions in Sub Saharan , preferably in Zanzibar

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills ( including a proven track record of monitoring and reporting in English
