The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Mission to Tanzania (USAID/Tanzania), is seeking applications from qualified U.S. citizens interested in providing interested in providing Personal Services Contract (PSC) services described in the attached solicitation.

Interested applicants shall submit applications in accordance with the attached information and at the place and time specified. Applications shall be by e-mail, facsimile, or ordinary mail to reach USAID/Tanzania by the closing date and time.

Late applications shall not be accepted and will be handled in accordance with FAR 15.412. USAID/Tanzania reserves the right to award or not to award any contract as a result of this solicitation.

USAID/Tanzania anticipates awarding one U.S. Personal Services Contract as a result of this solicitation.
The period of performance is two (2) years, with the possibility of extensions with the total contract period not exceeding five years.
