- First Degree or above with specialization in Public relations, Marketing, Sociology or any related field.
- Able to make training need assessment.
- Ability in training design.
- Ability in training coordination.
- Able to demonstrate high capability in marketing of company services
- Good communication skill is recommended.
- Internet and email application is a must.
- Should have public relations skills
